dreadful experience. phone process did not work, code seemed to say High Street not station. Tried to register for the app, that didn't work either

Absolute con artists. Parked here and paid using the parking machine right by my car. I displayed this in my car window even though it states you don’t have to and have now received a parking ticket. I still had my parking receipt so appealed this which has been rejected!

Terrible service. Received a parking ticket twice for parking that was paid for in the given time.

Total fraudsters. Paid in advance online for 24 hours parking when I arrived car park was closed. Had to drive over 20 miles to connect with train I had already paid for and pay for parking again. No response from customer services. Can't believe British rail use them to run their car parks

Paid £5.75 for all day parking, but 2 weeks later received a £60.00 parking charge notice from civil enforcement ltd , be careful
