Use the Hangtag app. Still received a notice. Ridiculous.
The attendant insists that you leave your keys if you park in front of someone, even if you are together, one day he gave the keys of one of my coworkers to another who was parked behind him. The machine doesn't like several cards (attendant has told me and two of my coworkers separately that there is nothing wrong with his machine, and that our card is the only one that doesn't work, in spite of my card being less than 3 days old at the time). After the hassle with the machine, I tried the Hangtag app that the booth and pay machine have 3 separate signs advertising. The attendant told me that he has no way of checking if you paid with the app, and refused to let me use it. Worst place I've ever had the displeasure of parking.
This property is poorly maintained. They rarely remove the snow in the winter (they have all weekend to remove snow and when I arrived Monday morning nothing was cleared). As well one cleans the litter. But the worst was the attendant (a senior) never asked for the keys for the car that parked behind me! I had to wait 45 minutes until the attendant across the street brought his tools and was able to move the car out of my way. This made me late for an important meeting which I had to reschedule. And if that's not enough, he did it again several months later!
